As a Bank Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. You'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas, enhancing the lives of our residents.
You don't need any particular qualifications to join us as a Bank Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.
