InHealth Intelligence is seeking a part-time Administrator for its Failsafe team in Cambridge, dedicated to supporting the Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes across NHS England. The role encompasses monitoring patient referrals to the Hospital Eye Service, facilitating appointment bookings, ensuring patients are accurately discharged and referred back to their care pathways, and liaising with relevant maternity units. The Administrator will also be responsible for auditing patient status and responding to queries as needed.

Ideal candidates should possess GCSE-level education or equivalent experience in patient care, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
