CASELOAD MATERNITY MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS VEHICLE
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join the North Manchester Community Rehabilitation Team. This role involves working with a diverse patient caseload, including individuals facing challenges such as falls, orthopaedic issues, amputations, and frailty. The successful candidate will function autonomously in various settings, including patients' homes and clinics, while also acting as a source of expertise for junior staff. The position requires a proactive individual with a passion for high-quality patient care and the ability to contribute to clinical leadership and professional development within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

The role operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, and the candidate must possess a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, training and supervising student physiotherapists, and engaging in audit and evaluation activities.
