Wiltshire Council is seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join their dynamic Adult Community North team in Chippenham, focused on supporting adults aged 18 and above with physical disabilities, chronic conditions, autism, and sensory impairments. The role emphasises leadership, skill development, and collaboration with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary professionals. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments under the Care Act 2014, managing complex casework, advancing safeguarding inquiries, and supporting both clients and caregivers.

Candidates must be registered with Social Work England and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act.
