Join Our Adolescent Team as a Social Worker in Huntingdon!
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable teenagers? We invite dynamic and compassionate women to apply for the exciting role of Social Worker in our Adolescent Team at Cambridgeshire County Council. You'll be part of a small, supportive team focused on safeguarding young people during their most crucial years, while collaborating closely with other adolescent services. Our trauma-informed, relationship-based approach is designed to empower you to support teens facing significant challenges, from mental health struggles to risks of exploitation.
In this role, you'll manage a caseload of 12-15 children aged 12 and above, actively engaging with them in their own environments and building meaningful relationships.
