NHS England is seeking two Research and Development Officers to join the Global Health Unit Research & Development (GHU R&D) team. The successful candidates will play a critical role in generating high-quality evidence and conducting program evaluations to support decision-making and strengthen international partnerships within the Global Health Unit. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing research strategies, conducting mixed-methods analyses, and producing insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in program monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and literature synthesis relevant to Global Health initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including in-depth interviews and economic modeling, to ensure effective program implementation and impact. These positions are pivotal in shaping the GHU R&D strategy and ensuring that research findings inform strategic initiatives efficiently and effectively.
