Inclusion is seeking a qualified and passionate Social Worker to join their Integrated Mental Health and Substance Misuse Service at HMP Brinsford in Wolverhampton. The role involves supporting young individuals aged 18-28 in custody by helping them build recovery strategies while preparing for their reintegration into the community. The Social Worker will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based interventions as part of the Care Programme Approach. Given the dynamic prison environment, the ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and skilled in working with individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health issues and forensic histories.

The successful applicant will manage a caseload of service users, providing a care coordinator role focused on release planning and connecting individuals to various community resources post-release.
