Cygnet Health Care is seeking a passionate and confident Support Worker to provide outstanding care at Longfield House, a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Clayton, Bradford. The role offers full-time (42 hours/week with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends) or part-time (24 hours/week) positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and flexible care to residents.
  • Offer physical and emotional support.
  • Understand individual needs and assist appropriately.
