The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clerical Officer for their Therapies Administration Team, offering a part-time position at 20 hours per week. The role involves covering Therapy Reception areas, managing patient records, typing, and handling various administrative tasks, supporting services across multiple sites. Candidates should possess previous clerical experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a good educational background, with a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 in numeracy and literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is essential, while knowledge of Meditech V6 and Data Protection guidelines is desirable.

Key responsibilities include managing patient appointments, generating correspondence, handling inquiries from staff and the public, and performing general reception duties. The role requires flexibility to rotate between different reception areas and work varied shifts during weekdays. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are crucial for promoting the Trust's values. Please note that the Trust does not offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship for this position.
