The Patient Pathway Coordinator/Medical Secretary role at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting the Stroke department at Kent and Canterbury Hospital for 37.5 hours per week. As a key point of contact for the department, the Coordinator will handle inquiries from various stakeholders, including consultants, GPs, and patients, while managing their own work schedule and communicating effectively with the line manager when adjustments are needed. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure a smooth patient experience and compliance with internal and external standards.
