The Quality Improvement Coordinator at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT plays a vital role within the Patient Safety & Improvement team, focusing on enhancing clinical practices across the Trust. This position involves supporting the Quality Improvement Manager in delivering the Trust's strategy, particularly in developing and implementing clinical improvement projects aimed at boosting patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience.

The Coordinator will work on multiple priorities simultaneously and will be responsible for facilitating sustainable change within the organisation. This role requires proactive engagement with various stakeholders, including Executive Directors and senior clinicians, while applying improvement methodologies, governance principles, and providing detailed project updates and analysis. The Coordinator will serve as a key advisor on improving safety and quality care within the Trust.
