This role as a Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare's Silvermere Care Home in Cobham, Surrey, involves providing a positive and welcoming public image, supporting the home with show rounds, and assisting the Home Administrator. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Silvermere Care Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
