We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic personal assistant to support our senior management team. This role offers autonomy and flexibility under the direction of the senior management team, with the expectation the candidate will use initiative and judgement with minimal supervision. The successful applicant will need to be highly organised and able to manage their workload inline with continuously changing and developing priorities.
We are looking for someone who is able to work 4 hours, 5 days a week in order to offer consistency, but timing of the daily hours can be in agreement with the management team.

Duties will include, but not exclusively, management of senior management electronic diaries and emails, scheduling and supporting meetings including taking minutes, updating action trackers and agendas and circulating key documents, workshop and conference arrangements, distribution of mail, printing and photocopying, preparation of presentation material, report preparation and submission, handling telephone enquiries, raising purchasing orders, processing invoices, oversight of complaints and act as first point of contact for General Manager, Deputy General Manager and wider senior management team members.
