Horfield HC is seeking an experienced General Practice Manager for the role of Deputy Practice Manager. This position is ideal for someone ready to take on significant responsibility in a highly regarded practice known for its exceptional patient care and supportive staff culture. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage reception and administrative teams, and serve as the Practice Manager's deputy during their absence. You are an experienced general practice manager, wanting that next step up. You will manage the day-to-day operations, and line manage the reception and administration/secretarial teams, and deputise for the Practice Manager in his absence.
