Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Trust: Herefordshire and Worcestershire NHS Trust

Location: Evesham Community Hospital, Waterside, Evesham WR11 1JT

Ward: Willows ward

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.00pm
