As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver excellent person-centered quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. This will involve ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, overseeing the recruitment, retention, and development of staff, and acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals. You will also be responsible for managing the home's budget and maintaining safe staffing levels.
