OneMedical Group are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Please note that there is no public transport to our head office , so own transport would be required. Our offices are surrounded by fields and pathways and it's just minutes away from Golden Acre Park. If you are a dog lover, this is the best place for you. This is a dog-friendly office, therefore we regularly have at least one dog around to share some love, bring smiles on our faces and "kindly ask" if we have anytreats.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to OneMedical Group's Support Centre functions (including HR, Finance and Growth) and wider NHS Services Teams by providing project support and undertaking general administration tasks.

This role will require the post holder to support with diaries, events and travel arrangements for members of the local and Group leadership teams. With access to sensitive information, the post holder will be trustworthy, discreet and abide by the organisations confidentiality policy.

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling meetings,internal and external events,coordinating travel arrangements andother company logistics
  • Support the Executive team with diary management, emails and meetings where required
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
  • Help the Executive Team in preparing for and minuting meetings including managing the collation of relevant papers, action log and agendas.
  • Support communication between the Executive Team and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed
