The Cavendish Square Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive forward initiatives within the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This senior-level role (NHS AfC: Band 8c) is ideal for candidates looking to elevate their careers while collaborating with leading NHS Chief Executives during a period of significant transformation in mental health services. The successful individual will be a skilled operator capable of managing complex projects, engaging with various stakeholders, and developing strategies that enhance the group's influence in London's mental health landscape.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of a five-year strategy for CSG, managing multiple concurrent projects, enhancing the group's profile, and representing the CSG to stakeholders across the NHS.
