Candidates should have at least four years of full-time postgraduate experience in relevant fields, including a minimum of two years in orthodontics specialty training or equivalent experience. It's important to note that this position does not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition. Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor in Orthodontics (2PA's) to work on Mondays.
The post consists of personal treatment sessions for complex and multi-disciplinary cases. Aspects of the post will involve supervision and training of specialist trainee registrars.
This post consists of:
- Providing advice and where appropriate treatment
- Helping to develop the service in accordance with Trust Policy
- Teaching, training and supervising postgraduates trainees as appropriate
You will have 4 years full-time post graduate experience (or equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis) at least two of which will be in a specialty training programme in Orthodontics or as a fixed term specialty trainee in Orthodontics, or shall have equivalent experience and competencies.
