The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a full-time position as a Paediatric Patient Pathway Tracker/Team Leader in Bangor. This role involves managing the patient journey in accordance with Welsh Government Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidelines, collaborating closely with the Operational Management Team and administrative/clinical staff to ensure accurate surgical waiting lists and streamline patient pathways.

Key responsibilities include collecting and validating RTT data, ensuring its accuracy for reporting, investigating discrepancies in patient administration systems, supporting management in addressing departmental issues, and providing day-to-day supervision of paediatric administrative staff. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, and the role requires travel across North Wales for meetings.
