The role of "Workplace Wellbeing Nurse, Band 6" at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust focuses on enhancing staff wellbeing through the delivery of various health checks and support services. The position is full-time (1.0 WTE) but can be shared between two nurses. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting health checks tailored for general health, men's health, women's health, menopause support, early respiratory checks, and smoking cessation guidance.
- Working alongside the Trust Wellbeing team to develop and improve the wellbeing services offered to staff.
- Ensuring effective communication, maintaining confidentiality, and keeping accurate records of health checks.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders within the Trust to facilitate referrals and promote health initiatives.
- Delivering workshops and participating in health promotion activities aligned with the Trust’s strategic goals.
- Staying updated with public health research and maintaining best practices in clinical service delivery.
