We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant and Administrator to join our Corporate Affairs and Charity Team.
You will play a vital role in the day to day running of the Corporate Affairs office, including supporting the Head of Corporate Affairs and Charity with a range of admin tasks. You will also be part of the Trusts STS Charity team, co-ordinating donations and fundraising activity and being the first point of contact for the Charity office.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Charity. Including diary management, document management and supporting the day to day running of the STS Charity office.
This is a varied role in which no day will be the same. You will support many of the teams main functions, including organising the Staff Awards, Freedom of Information Requests, Trust membership and administration of our new Shadow Board.
Youll be highly organised with experience of working in a busy office environment and be an excellent communicator. As the first point of contact for the charity office, you will deal with enquiries about fundraising activity as well as processing donations and keeping records up to date.
You will have a proven track record within a personal assistant or administrative role. Youll be able to work independently with autonomy and will be able to manage a number of projects and demands. Most importantly, you will have a desire to do the very best for our patients and have empathy with the aims and objectives of our STS Charity.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills. They will be flexible and able to work on their own initiative in resolving problems when they arise and with a consistently high professional approach. Experience of managing diaries and minute taking is essential as is being able to deal with sensitive matters in a discrete and confidential way. The post holder may also be required to cover during periods of annual leave for the Personal Assistant to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Legal.
