The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant and Charity Administrator to join their Corporate Affairs and Charity Team in Sunderland. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Charity, managing daily operations of the Charity office, handling diary and document management, and coordinating fundraising activities. The successful candidate will also assist with various tasks including organizing staff awards, responding to freedom of information requests, and maintaining Trust membership records.

Ideal applicants will have prior experience in a busy office environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
