Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a motivated and innovative Health Visitor to join their universal Health Visiting service in Rhyl, North Wales. The role involves managing a caseload within a specified population with the goals of enhancing family resilience, improving health outcomes, and reducing health inequalities while ensuring child safeguarding. The Health Visitor will deliver the nursing component of the Healthy Child Wales Programme to children aged 0-5, coordinating care and collaborating with families and external organisations in a community setting.

Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent in Health Visiting and current NMC registration, along with strong communication and organisational skills. The position requires responsibility for implementing public health initiatives and involves working within a skill mix team. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applications from both English and Welsh speakers are welcomed. Employment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
