The Clinical Case Manager role with Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucester is a full-time Band 6 position within the GRIP (Gloucestershire Recovery in Psychosis) team, which delivers early intervention care for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The successful candidate, who must be a registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist, will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 15 patients. This involves providing specialist assessments, developing collaborative care plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and working closely with patients and their families to foster a sense of hope and control over their recovery.
