The Quality Analyst is required:
This post is to provide direct support to the Quality Assurance Officer in the management of the day-to-day aspects of the Quality unit. The Quality Assurance section of Pharmacy department is responsible to ensure pharmaceutical products manufactured in the Pharmacy Technical Services department are compliant with regulatory requirements and safe for sale and supply to other Trust and for patient administration.
Analysis, review, interpretation, and reporting/quality approval of test results of a wide range of raw materials, packaging components, consumables, intermediates, final products including review of analytical/microbiology testing, commissioning, qualification, and validation data.
To undertake and/review environmental monitoring of the Pharmacy clean rooms at NPH and other sites as necessary. This includes maintaining accurate and legible records of all quality and manufacturing activities undertaken as per current good documentation principles and GxP DI requirements.
To assist in the establishment, maintenance and updating of comprehensive laboratory standard operating procedures, protocols, worksheets, documentation and maintenance of full records of testing/review of all raw materials, packaging components, intermediates, and finished products as necessary.
To assist with practical and theoretical training of permanent and rotational staff in the QC section.
To participate in inter-laboratory testing scheme if required (Pharm assure Proficiency Testing).
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the QA Officer and/or Head of Quality.
