The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for a specialist role within the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will engage with rhinology and laryngology/airway reconstruction multidisciplinary teams, providing psychological assessments, treatments, and support for patients dealing with various ENT disorders, including the management of post-surgical expectations and trauma-related issues. The role emphasises the importance of culturally competent care and includes responsibilities such as clinical supervision, service evaluation, and research, allowing for professional development through mentorship and support within the organisation.

Candidates should possess a strong interest in applying psychological interventions in a healthcare setting; however, prior experience in ENT is not mandatory. The position welcomes applications from newly qualified psychologists seeking preceptorship and emphasises collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. The role also involves outreach to diverse communities, contributing to policy development, and ensuring adherence to professional standards within a supportive work environment.
