The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Administration Assistants/Call Handlers for the Recovery at Home Team, located in Hebburn. The team provides urgent community response and virtual ward services and includes various healthcare professionals. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and colleagues, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are available seven days a week, between 8 am and 8 pm, with the necessity for flexibility and adaptability to service needs. Key responsibilities include updating patient records and managing communications, while working as part of an integrated team. Candidates must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. Note that the role does not offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship.
