The South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to join the Outpatients nursing team at Warwick/Stratford Hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Previous experience in outpatient settings for a minimum of one year is desirable. The role involves providing compassionate personal care under the supervision of a registered professional, assisting patients through their treatment processes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in line with Trust standards. This part-time or full-time position may include various shift patterns from Monday to Saturday, with potential evening or weekend hours.

Key responsibilities include executing care instructions, documenting care delivered to patients, and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team.
