The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Senior Rehabilitation Assistant (B4) to join their Intermediate Care Team in South Manchester, specifically at Buccleuch Lodge Intermediate Care Unit in West Didsbury and Trafford House in Wythenshawe. The role is designed for individuals who are compassionate and willing to advance their careers in community rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary service dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation support, aiming to enhance patients' independence and quality of life following illness or injury.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of patients, both in the intermediate care unit and in their homes, conducting interventions, and collaborating closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The position also entails participation in team duties to ensure effective service delivery and support of junior staff and students.
