To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have continuously lived in the UK for 3 years.

We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to use the systems and processes already set up within a department. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
The roles are for a fixed term of 15 months and involve support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2.
