We are looking for a Business Data Support Officer to join our team within the One Recovery Bucks Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in High Wycombe!
You will gather activity data from all projects in the area and produce local monitoring reports as appropriate.
Reporting to service manager and Inclusion Senior managers on any further information needs for the local data management systems in line with commissioner requirements.
You will devise and deliver a training program for new and existing staff members to ensure the team are fully trained and compliant with the internal data collection systems, assisting in problem solving where necessary.
You will develop compliance and performance data reports to assist managers to improve efficiency and outcomes and monitor the integrity of data to ensure that comprehensive reporting of NDTMS datasets occur on a monthly basis.
Ensuring good working relationships are established and maintained both internally and externally with service providers and commissioners and other interested parties.
You will develop your own knowledge and practice, attend supervision and team meetings so as to fulfil your role as an effective member of the team.
