The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Lead Voice and Data (Network) Engineer to join their ICT department, with work locations in Abergele, Bangor, or Wrexham. This role involves leading projects for the development, installation, and ongoing management of the Health Board's voice and data infrastructure, focusing on Unified Communications and Voice technologies within a large Cisco Enterprise environment.

Candidates should possess a relevant degree/HND and/or a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) qualification, along with extensive experience in various areas including Voice and Video Communication Technologies (e.g., Cisco Call Manager, MS Teams), Data Networking Technologies, Network Protocols, Network Security Technologies, and Wireless Networking.

Key responsibilities include technical project management, troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and providing specialist 3rd line support. The role may require travel to different BCUHB sites, and proficiency in Welsh is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of fostering team development.
