An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker within the Adults Home Treatment Team.
Hav HTT is a Multi-Disciplinary Team which provides a specialist service for adults that present with a mental health crisis. The team is HTAS Accredited. The service is an alternative to Acute hospital admission and works intensively with service users and support their carers in their own home.
The post will provide specialist assessment and intervention to service users within the London Boroughs of Havering. You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide a co-ordinated service, contributing specialist knowledge and advice to others involved in the service user's care.
The post holder needs to be an enthusiastic and innovative Social Worker with experience of working with older adults.
The post holder will be expected to work across a 7 day a week rota including weekends and bank holidays and will need to be able to travel across sites in order to carry out their clinical duties.
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
