Your Healthcare CIC is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the community nursing team in Kingston, working primarily with clients in their homes under the direction of a team leader. Candidates must have prior experience in acute or community nursing settings, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. The role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care, supporting the District Nursing Team in delivering integrated and responsive care, and promoting health education to encourage healthy lifestyles.

The Healthcare Assistants will perform a range of clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments, and facilitating patient rehabilitation, while also observing and reporting changes in patient conditions. This position offers excellent training and development opportunities and involves a variable working pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
