The Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Coordinator at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for managing PPM activities related to Building, Engineering, and Maintenance, utilizing a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to ensure timely delivery of maintenance tasks. The role includes liaising with engineers for resource allocation, monitoring and reporting on PPM performance, and managing data entry and documentation using Excel and other software. Additional responsibilities include attending meetings, generating correspondence, and handling various administrative duties as needed.
