The London Clinic is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for their Oncology-Haematology Outpatients department in London, offering a competitive salary between £25,850 and £29,524 per annum. The role involves providing high-quality holistic care to patients, ensuring their privacy and dignity. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting clinical observations (such as vital signs), assisting patients with hygiene, mobility, and comfort, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with infection control policies. Effective communication with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and visitors is essential, as well as participating in clinic projects.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Oncology-Haematology Outpatients here at The London Clinic. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £25,850- £29,524 per annum.
Assist in delivering a high standard of holistic care to patients, recognising their individuality, and promoting privacy and dignity. Perform and report clinical observation of patient's including respiration rate, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and fluid balance. Assist with patient hygiene, elimination, mobility, physical comfort, eating, drinking, whilst observing and reporting specific changes. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, patients, visitors and other hospital departments. Assist with the maintenance of ward cleanliness and adhere to The London Clinic policies relating to infection control. Participate in Unit/Clinic projects.
