The Crisis Recovery Worker position at the Sheffield Support Hub involves providing high-quality, recovery-focused mental health support to individuals over the age of 16 who face various challenges, including mental health issues, autistic traits, learning disabilities, and substance misuse. The role involves working within a small team to engage clients through one-on-one interactions, facilitating group activities, and collaborating with Peer Support Workers and clinicians to promote independence and social inclusion. Candidates should have experience in community-based mental health settings and possess strong motivational and communication skills, along with a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.

The Sheffield Support Hub operates from 6 PM to midnight on weekdays and 2 PM to midnight on weekends, offering a supportive environment for clients. The role includes a 19-hour and a 13-hour contract with a starting salary of £24,000 per annum, pro-rated based on the hours worked, with potential progression to £26,500.
