The Clinical Lead for Multi-Professional Fellowships at Haringey GP Federation in London will oversee the SPIN programme as it evolves to expand its diverse multiprofessional offerings throughout various stages of career development. The role involves managing the GPN fellowship program alongside the existing GP Programme Director and Programme Manager, ensuring that a clinical perspective is maintained while gaining the respect of a variety of clinicians. Responsibilities include providing educational support for fellowship participants, co-designing peer support sessions, engaging with key stakeholders and practices, and contributing to the continuous evaluation and improvement of retention initiatives within the workforce.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified clinician currently working in general practice or have relevant experience in primary care, possess strong educational and leadership skills, and demonstrate knowledge of primary care training and workforce challenges. Additional attributes include the ability to facilitate small groups, familiarity with local health systems, and a readiness to adapt to evolving responsibilities. The role requires flexibility to travel within the North Central London area for face-to-face support and collaboration with partners.
