The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual for the role of Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator in the Respiratory department, responsible for supporting the administration of the busy Outpatient department. The successful candidate will manage the patient pathway in accordance with the Trust's Elective Access Policy, which involves processing referrals, ensuring all documents are uploaded to patient records, and maintaining communication with patients regarding their appointments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires liaising with both clinical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery.

Additionally, the candidate will participate in maintaining accurate electronic records, manage appointment scheduling on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, and assist in resolving access issues to meet departmental targets. This role offers opportunities for skill development within a collaborative and dynamic environment, with an emphasis on using initiative to enhance patient care processes. The position also requires flexibility in handling various administrative tasks, including maintaining referral logs and managing appointment capacity efficiently.
