Vida Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Information Clerk to join their team in King's Lynn, working 37.5 hours per week under the recalls and results team leader. The role involves logging and processing documents, forms, and information requests in a timely manner, as well as preparing and sending documents through designated channels. The clerk will liaise with GPs regarding medical information inquiries, ensure electronic patient records are up-to-date, and collaborate with the summarising team to maintain the accuracy of medical records.

In addition, the Medical Information Clerk will manage patient queries about their information and test results, process referrals from district nurses, and support the workflow of nursing and other practice staff to monitor patient care. The position also emphasises identifying opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance patient outcomes. Multi-site working may be required on occasion.
