Diagnostic World is seeking a full-time, permanent General Sonographer to support ultrasound services across Gateshead and Newcastle. The role involves efficiently performing ultrasound procedures for both public and private sectors, adhering to best practice protocols and guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting examinations according to patient referrals, managing a safe environment, supporting clinical and operational teams, and assisting in training other sonographers.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a Postgraduate Diploma in Ultrasound, have significant clinical experience in various procedures including General and Gynaecology, and demonstrate excellent scanning and reporting skills. A clean UK driving license and accessible transport are also required, along with a commitment to patient care.
