The Stamford Unit at Tameside Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse for a permanent 36-hour position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading a dynamic team focused on rehabilitation and complex discharge planning for patients. Responsibilities include supporting the Unit Manager with daily operations, providing clinical leadership and ensuring high standards of nursing care. The role emphasises collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to identify optimal discharge destinations, delivering individualized and dignified care while managing the needs and rights of patients and their families.
