We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Quinton, Birmingham.
Our service user enjoys engaging in sensory play, listening to his favourite nursery rhymes and having stories read to him.
In this role, you will deliver essential person-centred care, support his daily routines, and assist him in engaging in his favourite social activities. You will remain attentive and responsive to his care needs and manage his clinical interventions as required.
Please note, our service users family have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:
- £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
- Approx. £104.00 - £120.00 (per 8-hour day shift)
- Approx. £135.00 - £150.00 (per 10-hour night shift)
Shifts Available:
- Full Time Nights
- 10pm 8am
- Part Time Days
- Thursdays and Fridays: 8am 4pm

About us
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
