We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated secretarial team at Sheffield Children's in a pivotal role supporting our Surgery & Critical Care Group. As a Secretarial Assistant, you will be the backbone of our departments, including ENT/Plastics, Neurosurgery, and Paediatric Surgery, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys juggling a busy workload while providing excellent administrative support.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical typing, manage correspondence via audio and digital transcribers, and assist in the overall flow of our office operations. We value each team member's contribution, and your role will be vital to the seamless care we provide. Plus, with a pay uplift to meet the Real Living Wage of £12.60 per hour, your hard work will be recognised and rewarded.
