MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a compassionate and innovative Principal Clinical Psychologist specializing in healthcare for children and young people with Complex Presentations. The role involves leading the NHS Children and Young People Gender Service in the South West, working within a multi-disciplinary team to develop, deliver, and evaluate psychological services. Responsibilities include providing specialist clinical assessment and intervention, overseeing training and supervision, engaging in research and quality improvement, and contributing to complex case input for other paediatric services.

The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, ensuring systematic provision of psychology services while fostering collaboration through consultation and training with partner agencies. This position involves the management and supervision of staff and an emphasis on enhancing overall service delivery in line with best practices in clinical psychology.
