Barchester Healthcare is looking for a skilled and dedicated Care Home Administrator to join their team in Guildford, supporting the General Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of a high-quality care home. This multifaceted role includes managing customer experience, human resources, recruitment, payroll, and finance, while also supervising junior administration staff. The Administrator will create a positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors, handle enquiries and showrounds for prospective families, and support the care home’s occupancy and reputation.

Candidates must possess experience in customer-facing roles, HR administration, and recruitment, alongside strong IT and organisational skills. Key responsibilities also include managing staff records, overseeing payroll preparation, guiding employee development, handling petty cash and resident fund accounts, and ensuring secure storage of personal files.
