An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to apply for a Band 6 Diabetes Specialist Nurse within the Community Diabetes Service in the Amman / Gwendraeth area.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of diabetes nursing and diabetes clinical assessment.
This role will report to a Senior Diabetes Specialist Nurse where a thorough induction plan and clinical competencies framework for the role will be developed.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
