Overview:
The North West Ambulance Service is seeking a Data Quality and Compliance Manager to join their Qualifications and Centre Management Team. This permanent role involves ensuring compliance with external standards related to apprenticeship data and ILR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assurance of compliance with standards from Ofsted, ESFA, etc.
  • Develop and maintain data tracking and audit systems for internal monitoring.
  • Design and conduct internal audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage data coordinators to ensure effective learner enrollment and data management.
  • Maintain records of apprenticeship costs and funding compliance.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in apprenticeship data management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of ESFA funding rules.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • Regular travel across the North West may be required.
  • Shortlisted candidates must attend an assessment center on November 14, 2024.
