Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Qualified Clinical Photographer or a Trainee Clinical Photographer to join their team in Preston. The role involves providing a comprehensive clinical photography service across various specialities, including dermatology, plastics, and oncology. Qualified candidates should have a degree in photography, a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Photography, and relevant professional membership. Those without these qualifications can apply for a training position, working towards registration while gaining hands-on experience.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and encompasses responsibilities such as capturing and editing clinical images, managing teledermatology clinics, and ensuring high-quality standards. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills, along with a willingness to engage in challenging situations, including bereavement photography. The work will be conducted in diverse settings such as wards, theatres, and outpatient departments, where adherence to strict imaging protocols and informed consent processes are essential.
