We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for two dedicated Consultant Psychiatrists to become integral members of our compassionate team at the newly opened Whalley Inpatient Unit. Nestled in the picturesque Ribble Valley, you’ll lead the way in transforming the lives of patients facing moderate to severe mental health challenges. With no outpatient responsibilities, you can focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, including Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacists, and Occupational Therapists.

As a pivotal figure in our General Adult Psychiatry team, you'll take medical leadership of one of our state-of-the-art 12-bedded acute wards and contribute to our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit. Your expertise will guide our talented Specialty Doctor and Junior Doctors while fostering a nurturing environment for our patients. We value the unique perspectives women bring to our field, and we warmly encourage female candidates and those with caregiving experience to apply.
